Fred Dominguez Credit to Capital Specialist & Business Coach
Fred Dominguez, Rising Tide’s Credit To Capital Specialist, brings more than 38 years of commercial banking experience, to his role in the organization. From managing bank branches to working as a Commercial Lending officer, Fred understands what it takes for entrepreneurs to get a loan to grow their businesses. He provides small businesses and entrepreneurs with financial consultation, directing and guiding them in becoming entrepreneurs and procuring financing.
This is why he founded C & D Financial Consultants Ltd., a community and economic development consulting company he provides Loan Packaging, Business Plans, and Loan Structuring for small businesses.
Fred’s teaching and coaching experience in the small and micro business industry is extensive. He is a Financial Business Consultant with the Small Business Development Centers at Kean University and Rutgers University. He has taught the Business Plan Preparation Course for the Entrepreneurial Training Institute sponsored by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority and teaches the Community Business Academy in both English and Spanish. He has taught seminars for the Entrepreneurial Training Program for the Unemployed on behalf of the New Jersey Small Business Development Centers in Camden and Plainfield New Jersey, and has been contracted to underwrite Hurricane Sandy loans at the Union County Economic Development Corporation.
Fred Dominguez has a Bachelor of Arts- Business Administration/Economics Degree from Herbert H. Lehman College and has a Master of Business Administration from Long Island University and a Master of Banking and Finance from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking from the American Bankers Association program at Rutgers University.
